Advanced Search Feature

Ning has a feature that allows you to choose any of the profile questions to use in the advanced search function for members (colleagues). A site administrator can go to the manage/profile questions area and click on "add to advanced search" for any of the questions. When users go to the members (colleagues) tab, they can click on "advanced search", and there will be fields for all the profile questions the administrator checked off.
